There's always the option of making a small dedicated directory with a few scripts to make this easier. On my nas, I have a tailscale/ dir with folders for each host, that send automatically when a file is placed inside. + running `tailscale file get --loop [--conflict=overwrite] ` via systemd [contains quote post or other embedded content]
